Maria Rita Velez  is a relocated New Yorker making Las Vegas her first  investment in Las Vegas in 2009. She is the daughter  of immigrant parents never willing to accept the status quo and always willing to get uncomfortable. In  her quest to learn as much as possible to make impossible,  possible.  She has had several career changes before relocating to Las Vegas and becoming a REALTOR.  

Here’s the short list: Stay at home mom raising 3 children, licensed series 6 & 63 personal banker where she helped clients invest in their future retirement, human resource director ensuring employees received proper compensation benefits,  flight attendant ensuring passenger safety. 

These careers may seem unrelated but they aren’t; they’re all connection and  relationship based.  Her desire to help others with her relentless “pursuit of positivity” being her mantra Is the core of who she is.

It was only fitting then that being a REALTOR would be her next career. 

Maria Rita’s desire to help and connect with her community  

led to her raise within the Women’s Council of Realtors. During her board tenure Maria Rita was instrumental in creating the mentorship program – once again facilitating connection pairing mentees  with  Mentors in the Real Estate industry to elevate others. Ultimately becoming the 2024  President of Women’s Council of Realtors Las Vegas. In her spare time Maria enjoys cooking for her family and reading.

Maria graduated from the CUNY education system with honors as a recipient of a BA in History with minors in political science and education.  Her quest for sharing her knowledge and education has helped better assist clients in  increasing  their personal wealth portfolios through real estate.

Paul Velez relocated from New York in 2008 after serving 20 years on the NYPD retiring as a Detective. Upon his relocation he became a police officer for UNLV retiring in 2021 with the rank of Lieutenant. During his tenure at the UNLV he was their Public Affairs Officer amongst many other community based assist programs. You may have seen him on local TV giving an interview.

Two days after his retirement in 2021 he enrolled in the real estate academy to assist in the growing family business. Working together with Family in real estate ensures that our clients are always being taken care of.

In his spare time Paul plays hockey in 2 adult leagues and is passionate about his vegetable garden. His latest passion has become golf in which he is an avid player as well.

Keith Fiandra has been a realtor for 3 years and has helped over 40 homeowners and renters secure amazing homes. Keith is also a CASA (Court appointed special advocate) for foster children in Nevada and loves to help his community whenever the opportunity presents itself. Keith is dedicated and professional with all of his clients and does whatever he can to ensure that clients are treated like family.
