Keith is seriously one amazing person and he has a great team to boot! He answered every question our anxious selves threw at him no matter how ridiculous (first time SELLING so we had way too many questions). He patiently walked us through each step, helped us stage, told us when and how to act because we didn’t know ANYTHING. And he def knows the market and what he’s talking about! He gave us an estimate of what he expected our home to sell at when we were just thinking about it, and legitimately was within 5k of the actual sales. Which is practically being off by a penny when you’re talking home sales you know? We were super impressed with Keith. He was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, and we felt lucky to have him as our realtor as we were buying our new home from our of state. He understood what we wanted in a home, and he even video toured a couple of places on short notice (as soon as they were listed) for us when we were not in town. He made our purchase work out quickly and smoothly even in this tough market when we found our dream home. Keith coordinated with our other realtor who was selling our previous house in CA so that the two sales would be well aligned, and in that, he was also flexible as our plans adjusted and coordinated well with the sellers of our house and their realtor. Keith Fiandra worked extremely hard on this deal helping us secure some of the furnishings in the home. We worked out a deal for a few minor repairs as well. Always answered the phone and negotiated on my behalf.

A great real estate professional should have excellent communication, be very knowledgeable of the market and be resourceful in selling and buying homes. Maria is 100% the real deal. She has excellent communication, knows the market, researches and is very resourceful. Maria and family team helped me sell my home when the market decided to go a little soft for a  month. I've never seen a more dedicated real estate professional. She listened, I listened and worked together seamlessly. She was available 24/7. She has the talent as well in staging homes to make it shine and bring out the best aspects of a home, she also has the talent to tell good bones vs first looks when buying. KEITH was great to work with, very attentive, understood that our timeline was important and keep everything on track for us. We sold our property within the timeline  we had told him.
